Israel Consuegra
CEO
As a Miami-based producer, Israel Consuegra began his film producing career in Cuba, which led him to Canada and later to Florida, working at CNN Español and with various production companies. In 2015, he co-founded KPRA FILMS, initially a rental house, which later evolved into a technical and production services provider for major production houses, creative agencies, and record labels such as Sony Latin Music, Apple Music, Spotify, Universal Music, Warner Latin Music, Def Jam Record, Cinema Giants, Univision, Telemundo, and many more. In 2019, he expanded the company to include commercial short format services, specializing in short format production services. While transitioning back to long format, where his career began, he has been collaborating and co-producing various projects in Miami and Latin America under the new brand Stage 22.
Mel Quintans
EP & Distribution
With a career spanning over a decade in the field of creative industries, Mel began her journey in various NGOs, overseeing cultural exchange and talent management between USA and LatAm. These experiences led her to executive production roles, where she headed the content department at several production houses in Latin America. Her expertise as an executive producer and leader has been solidified at Matices Media, a representation agency that operates in LatAm where she plays an integral leadership role. Now more concentrated in her E.P career she is part of the team of Stage 22. She is currently a member of WAWAS (Worldwide Audiovisual Women's Association).
Marlen Abrahantes
CFO
Marlen Abrahantes served as the CEO of Abrahantes Communications, overseeing a group of Florida-based TV stations, including MI TV/Mega TV (Channels 93 & 897 Bright House, Channel 28 FIOS, Channels 30 & 47 DirecTV, Channels 30 & 47 Over the Air). Her focus on strategy, leadership, innovation, and customer satisfaction was central to stakeholders and investors. Prior to founding Abrahantes Communications, Marlen excelled as a Senior Sales Executive at the Telemundo Television Network, driving significant company growth. Before her tenure at Telemundo, she spent a decade at Wittnauer Duty Free Mexico, where she was responsible to expand the company through Mexico and LatinAmerica. In these roles, Marlen spearheaded efforts to enhance operational efficiency, expand product lines, and fuel company growth.
Addis Mosqueda

With a bachelor's degree in Psychology and in Education, Addis has accumulated a wealth of experience as a member of various creative and research teams. Throughout her career, she has taken on roles such as Project Manager, Production Coordinator, and Executive Producer for multiple production companies in Latin America. She is currently partner at Matices Media, where she plays a pivotal role in receiving projects, curating content, and evaluating scripts. Her leadership extends to creative processes, collaborating closely with writers and clients to achieve exceptional results.
Claudia Chez Abreu
Head of Marketing & Branded Content
Expert in Digital Marketing and Digital Transformation based in Miami, FL, recognized for her strategic vision and leadership in the digital environment. She is the founder of the first digital marketing agency in the Dominican Republic in 2010, where she has directed hundreds of high-impact digital marketing strategies for various industries, including mass consumption, commercial, institutional, and political. A graduate in Advertising Communication from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), she holds a Master's in Business Communication with a specialization in Digital Technologies from the Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona, Spain, as well as an MBA with a specialization in Business Intelligence & Analytics from Nova Southeastern University (NSU), United States.
Liz Lopez
Head of Production
Graduated from the Art Institute of Havana, Cuba in Media Production. In 2013, she transitioned to Florida, USA, where she began as a production assistant and freelancer for prominent TV channels such as Mira TV and CNN Latino. Her passion for the industry led her to co-found KPRA FILMS Inc in 2015, where she currently serves as a key figure. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for managing complex production projects, Liz has seamlessly transitioned through various roles within the company, from production manager and coordinator to Director. Her responsibilities include overseeing budgets of all sizes and catering to the needs of prestigious international clients. Liz dedication and expertise have not only contributed to the success of KPRA FILMS Inc but have also established her as a respected professional in the field of media production.
